Our Hearts Home Care & Staffing is a senior home care company with a staffing component. We are currently staffing the following counties Hillsborough, Manatee, Pinellas, Pasco and Sarasota county. 

 

We Provide Staffing to the Following: 

 

• Individuals with loved ones located in a long term care facility, assisted living, and hospital (one on one sitter)

• Group Home

• Residential Care Home

• Assistant Living Facility

• Hospital

• We can offer 8 hour, 12 hours and "live-in shifts with prior notice" 

 

Care We Can Provide: 

 

• Companionship

• Homemaking - light housekeeping

• Safety

• Medication reminders

• Supervision

• Meal Preparation

• Errands

• Recreational Services

• Sitters

• Activates of Daily Living (Resident Care Aide/Med Tech)

• Skilled Nursing Care (CNA/LPN/RN)

 

What We Do: Recruiting - Screening - Training 

 

• Contract or Direct Hire (for a finder's fee)  

• Screening - (local/level 2 background, drug screen, employee uniform, badges, weekly report, payroll, time clock, on-site management from a nurse, orientation, verify certifications)

• Training and Development - CPR, first aide, medication administration, customer service, HIPPA laws
